Your role
As an Internal Sales Officer you will be providing the best sales support for our external Sales team. You will prepare quotations for our B2B customers and will effectively deal with customer requests.
 

  • You will provide accurate quotations for long-term leasing of vehicles/bicycles.
  • You will manage your files from A to Z and take care of the necessary adjustments and additions.
  • You will analyse customer requests efficiently and distribute them to the right department and the right person.
  • Because of your high-quality communication skills via email and/or telephone, you are able to provide a positive customer experience.
  • You have the capability to work on transversal projects and optimize existing working processes.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or Marketing.
  • You have at least 2-5 years of proven experience in the function of Sales Support, in the field of mobility solutions is a big plus.
  • You are highly organised and have strong thinking and reasoning skills.
  • You are customer focused and able to manage your priorities.
  • You are able to deal with deadlines and you like to work at a steady pace.
  •  You are a team player, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
  • You are a perfect in French, Dutch and English (oral as well as written).
