ALD Automotive has successfully obtained multi brand car leasing partnerships over the years and recently added new suppliers within the financial sector, retail distribution and social media platforms. Throughout these Indirect channels, we are able to offer interesting leasing contracts to companies, self-employed and private individuals.
Through websites and social media, customers will address us directly about the leasing offers from our partners. In order to expand these Partnership activities, our Sales Outbound team is looking for a strong hunter.
As an Internal Sales Outbound Consultant you will be our customers Business Partner in the prospect phase:
- You will contact customer leads and provide them the best customer experience ever.
- You will be able the ask the right questions in order to well define their needs.
- You make targeted offers and are not afraid to pick up the phone to follow up on your proposal.
- You will provide trust and quality in the guidance of our customer throughout the entire sales process.
- You work closely with our partnerships to assess a business opportunity and transform it into a real success.
- You make the most of it to turn a prospect into a happy customer.

- You have a bachelor’s degree, preferable in sales, economics or marketing.
- You have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar ‘Outbound’ position.
- You are a born sales person. Identifying the customer's needs, serving them the best solution, … That's what motivates you.
- You like to take the initiative and are not afraid to make new contacts – hunters’ mentality.
- You are result oriented and be able to quickly identify new leads.
- You are have excellent listening and communication skills.
- You are a team player, passionate in your work and have a great learning agility.
- You have a certain affinity with cars and mobility solutions.
- You are a perfect in French, Dutch and English (oral as well as written).
